I consider myself a perpetual dance student, continuously exploring ways to better translate to students ways to move with profound interconnectedness of body awareness, physicality, breath & rhythmic alignment with music.

• My dance journey started 38 years ago with jazz, ballet, tap, hip hop and progressed to contemporary, modern, dancehall, salsa, afro-Haitian & house styles.
• As an assistant teaching at 14, conducted classes at 16, ran dance programs by the time I was 20.
• My dedication & experience have shaped my unique teaching style over the last 3 decades & have had the privilege of instructing thousands of students worldwide, spanning various styles, all levels & ages.
• Performed hundreds of times with studios, youth companies, competitions, high school, college, solos, companies &
• Founded Avatar Flux Dance Company in the SF Bay Area 2006-2010
• Co-owned Expressions Dance & Arts Studio in Pleasanton, CA - pre pandemic
• Have had the ability since childhood to "see" choreography when a song moves me. This has helped me to craft over 1000 choreographies of various styles
• Established Flux & Flow Dance in February 2024 with stylized classes & choreography for Adults

Art has always come easy to me & I was often the one picked to design, draw or paint any and every project for friends, family, business & in school. Since my life reset in 2020, I have been able to focus more on my art career & hone in on creating Art it Up.

• My earliest memories were of creating art around age 4 with my mother & Sister.
• Over the decades I have studied, honed & perfected my craft.
• My favorite materials to work with are acrylic paints, color pencils, watercolor pencils, graphite pencils and mixed media.
• I've created and sold a multitude of artistic works including murals, signs, illustrations, portraits, paintings, famous painting replicas, dance props, backgrounds for stage, upcycled furniture & clothing items.
• My passion towards creating art has lead me to a life enabling artistic growth and inspiring others.
• I love to give them the confidence to be artistically free & find their own creative expression.

As an extroverted people person, it has always been easy to connected with others of every background & age. It has always been a priority to leave others happier because they were around me.

• Children & animals friend me all over the world & have been told I am like a pied piper of children
• Keeper of 1000 secrets that I've been told over the years because of the ease & lack of judgement others feel while talking with me.
• The art of listening was taught to me young & how to clear my mind while others are talking instead of waiting to respond with my own words.
• I help others come to conclusions about navigating big life changes & decisions.
• Since childhood I have harnessed the power of laughter & saw how humor can diffuse most situations.
• My "superpowers" include tapping into people's artistic potential & inspiring them to reach their goals.
• I love to share my knowledge & encouragement so others can live their best thriving life.
