A fabulous way to start or end your day. Move your body & have a great time while getting your heart pumping. Tap Fit Groove is full of energy, great music & has challenging choreography for your body & mind. You will be grooving, smiling, tapping your toes & moving your body and feet.

Stay fit the best way by getting your dance & your sweat on. while making rhythms & sounds with your feet to the beat. Join in with a great group of like minded dancers that love to move their body & make rhythmic sounds with their feet. It's an awesome toe tapping flapping time in a supportive and inspiring environment.

A 1.5-hour class that integrates elements of jazz. ballet, modern & hip-hop dance forms with a focus on breath, self-expression & body mobility.

Elements of TLC (Turning, Leaps & Conditioning) will be included during classes.

Emotion in Motion is designed to let the dancer tell a story through a combination of music, lyrics & choreography. Balance, grace & strength of movement will challenge you & move your body in unconventional & different ways.

Video Vixens isn't just about the moves, it's about the attitude. Learn to carry yourself with the confidence of a video superstar. While we appreciate the precision of technique, our focus is on developing style over technique. Video Vixens is a celebration of great music, movement & the joy of dance.

A one-hour class where grace meets modern rhythm. Lovely Lengthened Lines is a unique blend of the timeless elegance of ballet and the expressive fluidity of lyrical dance. You'll immerse yourself in classical ballet techniques, honing the art of extended correct body lines with a twist. While traditional ballet forms the foundation, the music is anything but conventional that will inspire your body to move and delight your auditory senses.

The class structure includes a ballet barre, center work, across the floor and a lyrical combination. Appling techniques learned & worked on in class into a flowing, storytelling dance. Lovely Lengthened Lines is an opportunity to explore the harmony between disciplined technique and lovely lengthened movement.

This high energy class is designed for tap enthusiasts who are eager to challenge both their body and mind. Each month, you will embark on a journey of learning and mastering extended choreography that builds week by week, ensuring you stay engaged and motivated.

Focus on learning intricate tap sequences, perfect for those looking to deepen their understanding and execution of a tap dance choreography. Each month introduces new, fun and engaging routines that progressively add complexity, keeping you on your toes and enhancing your skills. This class is crafted to push your limits, improving your agility, musicality and overall tap technique.

This high-energy class incorporates movements from Salsa and Perreo, yet is rooted in jazz dance. Perreo, a Puerto Rican dance linked to reggaeton music that carries Jamaican and Caribbean influences. Latin Vibes Jazz offers a spicy, impactful, and playful experience that will set your body and hips in motion.

Participants will kick, turn, strut, stretch, jump, and groove to music that energizes the body and soul. This spicy, enjoyable, and playful class will help you gain experience and confidence as you dance, sweat & move your body to music with all the right vibes.

A one-hour fitness-based movement class

that isolates, moves, strengthens & stretches each body part. The class name is exactly what happens, we groove & move your body then stretch it out for increased mobility & decreased stress. Similar to Jazzercise & Zumba you will shake, wiggle, move free & dance to great music. Elements of Pilates are used to strengthen & lengthen body muscles. Empasis on using body weight in a variety of exercises.

Groovement & Stretch will leave you & your body feeling great, strong & stretched out with this fun & upbeat workout!

A movement-based class that isolates, moves & stretches each body part. The class name is exactly what happens, we groove & move to great music and stretch out our bodies. You will feel refreshed, looser and is a great way to dance away stress.

Wiggle, move, shake, bounce & dance free in Groovement & Stretch. It will leave you & your body feeling happy and ready for more life adventures.

A five-week long workshop focused on learning an entire choreography around 3 minutes in length.

Over the course of the weeks, dancers will explore movement quality, breath in movement & improvisation. The last class, the finished choreography will be filmed & each dancer will receive a copy. You will have a polished and artistic dance video to post on social media & show friends & family.

Discover the joy of rhythm with Intro to Tap Groove, the perfect class for those looking to dive into their tap dancing or refresh their skills. Designed for beginners, this class is a celebration of movement and music and is a heart-pumping workout that is as fun as it its effective.

Tap moves will be broken down & explained so you have a clear understand of each step and where to hold your body weight. You will dance to a selection of great music that will get you moving and grooving with your feet making syncopated sounds & rhythms. You will learn choreography that is not only fun but also helps you understand the fundamentals of tap dancing. Join in with this high energy class and sweat it out while having great time and learning the joy of making noise with your feet to the beat.

• For those with no experience & beginners

Elevate your dance technique with TLC, a class focused on technique and conditioning in your Turns and Leaps. This Flux & Flow Class is meticulously designed to enhance your turning and leaping abilities, providing you with the core strength and precision needed for impeccable execution.

We will condition your arms and legs so your muscles will be toned for a tight, precise form in every pirouette and turn. Core work exercises will help to strengthen your center to maintain poise & control in turns. We will focus on landing jumps and leaps safely, minimizing the risk of injury. Utilizing your plie and to power your jumps and turns gracefully.
