- At Visionary Dancer you will park in the Cup De Sac next to Calvary Chapel Oceanside. There is also parking on the side of the building at the Karate Dojo.
- Visionary Dancer's Entrance Door is directly under the huge "KARATE" sign in red.
- At Dance North County you will park in the lot right in front of the building. It is in a business park but you will see the Dance North County sign out front. The Big Room/ Main Ballroom is the studio classes are at.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring ample water with you because Flux & Flow classes will have you moving & sweating. It is highly recommended to bring enough water to keep yourself hydrated. If you tend to sweat a lot, it is a good idea to bring along a sweat towel.
WHAT TO EXPECT YOUR FIRST CLASS
You will enter into the large studio and will be required to sign a liability waiver before participation in class. At Dance North County the bathrooms are located outside the building on the side, please ask for the key inside the building as it is locked.

Groovement & Stretch- Comfortable sneakers with

Emotion of Motion- It is highly recommended to wear Apolla Dance Socks or Apolla Half Soles but you can also wear pirouettes, jazz or ballet shoes

WHERE DO I GET SHOES/ DANCE SOCKS
There is a dance store in Carlsbad called Dancin Soul Boutique. All the shoes & Apolla Dance Socks are there & they can help size you. Tell them Flux & Flow sent you.
PAYMENT
Classes are in 6 week sessions. Payment for class sessions are at the beginning of each session. We accept Venmo, Cash, Credit & Debit Cards. If you have classes left on your class cards they are honored until the next sessions. After that time they expire.
DANCE EXPERIENCE
Classes for those with a little or no dance experience & classes for those with lots of experience. Classes are designed to challenge dancers at every level. As Flux & Flow classes grow, more classes levels will be added.
For no or little experience- Video Vixens, Groovement & Stretch & Emotion in Motion on Tuesday AM, Tap Fit Groove (Thursday PM class)
For those with Experience- Tap Fit Groove (AM classes), Footwork Fun-atics, Workshop, Video Vixens, Emotion in Motion (Wednesday PM) & Spicy Vibes Latin Jazz
