FLUX & FLOW'S TERMS & CONDITIONS

Liability

I understand that certain risks are inherent to participation in Flux & Flow Dance classes. Flux & Flow classes are physical activities and I voluntarily assume the risks associated with such participation. I release all liabilities, claims, damage, or demands for any injury, illness, loss of life, and/or property from attendance at and/or participation in classes.

Line dance series

The line dance class is a 6 week series that builds upon itself. If a class is missed, a video tutorial will be sent to you to help catch you up. The line dance series is not part of the free trial class offer and is separate from the Flux & Flow sessions.

marketing

You agree to allow Flux & Flow, WendyArt LLC and other affiliated programs permission to photography and videography for the purpose of marketing including but not limited to social media platforms or website purposes.

missed class policy

If any classes are missed due to illness, vacations, etc. it is encourage to make up missed classes in same session. Missed classes will be added onto the following session but will expire at the end of that session. Class cards and missed classes are not to exceed more that one session from the purchased session and will become invalid. Please contact if you have any questions.

REfusal of service

I understand that Flux & Flow reserves the right to refuse service and ask dancers to leave if they are being disruptive and/or disrespectful towards other dancers and/or instructors. This ensures all can feel comfortable in an environment that is conducive for learning and dancing.

REfund policy

Please note all class card purchases are transferable but not refundable. Any dancer wishing to withdraw from the class session is not eligible for a refund.

Class change policy

Class Change requests must be submitted via text or email to be eligible for a transfer.
